What are some of the strongest Pre-Workouts?

There's nothing quite like getting ready for an intense workout. To help drive this intensity, some people find that it's a good idea to have a little extra help. This help comes in the form of a pre-workout supplement. With that in mind, there is an astonishing amount of pre-workout supplements on the market. There's also just about as many ways to categorize them. One way we can do this is by looking at the "strongest" pre-workout supplements available. In this case, we're going to go by what supplements have some of the highest caffeine contents out there.

I just want to add a quick safety note there and say that it's always best to ask a doctor about whether or not you're healthy enough to use these supplements. This isn't a soda we're talking about, these are nutritional supplements. And, as someone who's been an idiot and taken too much caffeine, it's not fun. In fact, it's scary and it's probably going to make you sick to your stomach. You'll also want to keep in mind that the average cup of coffee has about 100 to 150 milligrams of caffeine in it. And, as a general guideline, most experts recommend that you avoid going over 400 milligrams of caffeine in a period of 24 hours. Keep those figures in mind as we go through some of these list entries.

1. Koala Freak

I have to admit, I didn't think I would encounter a pre-workout supplement with over 300 milligrams of caffeine while doing research for this one. Low and behold, I find Koala Freak. From what I've seen, this supplement contains an insane 360 milligrams of caffeine in each serving. I'm seriously kind of shocked this one is available, although I only found any mentions of this supplement in a few places. Wow!

2 . Mr Hyde Nitro X

One of my favorite supplement companies out there is Pro Supps. Based out of Texas, this company has been putting out serious supplements for bodybuilders for over a decade. Considering that, it should be no surprise that one of this company's pre-workout supplements ended up on this list. I do have to say that I was more impressed with the D-Bal Max review than this supplement. Nitro X has 375 milligrams of caffeine per serving. That makes this supplement extremely strong and something that you might want to think about taking half off at first. No joke, I can't even imagine taking over 200 milligrams of caffeine in one sitting.

3. RARI Nutrition Infinity

Another heavy hitter on this list is Infinity, which clocks in at 350 milligrams of caffeine per serving. If you're looking for fast results in the gym and can stand a lot of caffeine in one sitting, this might be the best supplement for your. Just be warned, I recommend only starting out with about half a scoop of this supplement at most. Over time, if you feel that this isn't enough for you, move up to more than half a serving. As with all of the supplements on this list, I wouldn't ever recommend going over the single serving limit.

4. Nutrex Outlift

Another one I wanted to mention is Outlift by Nutrex Research. This supplement has 350 milligrams of caffeine per serving and is definitely a powerhouse supplement that is not for beginners. Something else I like about this supplement is that it's available in several flavors.

This is only a few of supplements out there with high amounts of caffeine. Which supplements have you found with out of this world caffeine content? Leave a comment in the contact section and I'll throw them up here.
